Terms for Eternal Last Chaos
These terms explain how Eternal Last Chaos is run, what players can expect from us, and what we expect from anyone using the website, launcher, and game services.
By creating an account, downloading our files, donating, or using any Eternal service, you agree to follow the guidelines below.
Project Status
Eternal Last Chaos is an independent community project built for players who want to enjoy a custom fan experience. It is not owned by, operated by, or officially connected with Barunson E&A, Gamigo, Fawkes, or any other official Last Chaos entity.
Features, events, rates, and policies may evolve as the project changes. Continued use of the service means you accept the most current version of these terms.
Accounts & Access
Your account is a permission to access Eternal services, not a purchased product or transferable ownership right. We may limit, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect the server, community, or economy.
- Keep your login details private and use a strong password.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- Shared, sold, or compromised accounts may be restricted without warning.
- Staff decisions on account safety, abuse, or recovery may require verification.
Community Rules
Eternal is meant to be competitive without becoming hostile. Players must treat staff, other users, and community channels with basic respect.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse.
- No cheating, automation, exploits, duping, or economy manipulation.
- No impersonation of staff, false reports, or attempts to mislead support.
- No disruptive behavior that harms events, chat, trading, or fair play.
Penalties can include warnings, rollbacks, mutes, suspensions, permanent bans, or removal of items, currency, and rankings.
Donations & Payments
Donations help cover hosting, development time, maintenance, and tools for the project. A donation is a voluntary contribution to support Eternal, not a purchase of the server, your account, or guaranteed future access.
Important: All donations and payment-related rewards are final and
non-refundable once processing is complete.
- Chargebacks, payment fraud, and scam attempts may result in permanent account action.
- Rewards may be adjusted, delayed, or removed if a payment is reversed or flagged.
- Receipts, processor records, and staff logs may be used to review disputes.
Security & Files
Only install launchers, patches, and downloads distributed through official Eternal channels. We cannot protect users who install altered clients, third-party tools, or files shared outside trusted sources.
- Keep your device secure and updated.
- Report suspicious links, fake staff accounts, or compromised files immediately.
- Unauthorized tools or client edits can be treated as cheating even if no damage is proven.
Service Changes
Eternal is offered on an availability basis, not as a guaranteed uninterrupted service. Maintenance, bugs, balancing changes, emergencies, wipes, rollbacks, or feature removal may happen when necessary.
- We may update rates, systems, rewards, schedules, and policies without prior notice.
- Downtime and unexpected outages do not create compensation obligations.
- We may close or restructure any service, page, or in-game system at our discretion.
Liability & Support
Eternal services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. To the fullest extent allowed for a fan-run project, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, preservation of virtual items, or suitability for any particular purpose.
By using the service, you accept responsibility for your own device, connection, account security, and use of the community. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using Eternal services.
